Terms of Service
These terms cover story and lyric creation, Google sign-in before music generation, AI-generated results, one-version purchases, and private digital delivery.

1. The service
AISongGift lets you submit story details, generate and edit lyrics, create two song previews from the same approved lyrics, choose one version, and purchase access to that selected full-length song. You may draft and edit lyrics without an account, but Google sign-in is required before the two recordings are generated so those results can be saved in My Songs.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for having the right to submit names, stories, recordings, or other material and for obtaining consent where required.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to impersonate, defame, threaten, harass, exploit, deceive, infringe another person's rights, create unlawful abusive content, submit malware, evade security controls, or interfere with the service. We may reject content or limit access when reasonably necessary for safety or compliance.
4. Your content
You retain rights you already hold in the material you submit. You grant AISongGift and the providers needed to operate it a limited license to process that material only to create, secure, deliver, support, and maintain the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. AI-generated output
Lyrics and music are generated with automated systems. Output may contain mistakes, awkward wording, unexpected details, or similarities to other work. Review and edit the lyrics before music generation. AISongGift does not promise that output is suitable for trademark registration, copyright protection, or commercial release, and does not support requests to imitate a real artist.
6. Purchases
You can listen to two previews before choosing. The one-time price and included deliverables are shown before checkout. Unless checkout explicitly states otherwise, one purchase unlocks only the selected version; the other recording remains a preview. The purchased version includes full playback, an MP3 download, and an optional static music-card MP4 prepared on demand from that same full song. Taxes or currency conversion may apply.
7. License to purchased songs
Unless a separate commercial license is offered, a purchased song is provided for personal, non-commercial use, including private playback and personal gifting. You may share the AISongGift-generated music-card MP4 for personal, non-commercial gifting, subject to the rights and privacy of anyone named in it. Advertising, resale, paid distribution, public synchronization outside that supplied music card, or other commercial exploitation requires written permission.
8. Regeneration and purchased files
Editing details does not invalidate, replace, or prevent purchase of an existing generated pair. Only explicitly generating a new pair creates a new unpaid batch; it does not replace a file you already purchased or automatically unlock the new versions.
9. Music-card delivery
The optional music-card MP4 uses one fixed static template and the purchased full song. It is prepared only after you request it, may require a short processing wait, and does not include a photo, custom message, animated lyrics, or the unpurchased recording. If preparation fails, your full playback and MP3 remain available.
10. Availability and liability
Generation providers may fail, delay, or reject a request. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or other protections that cannot legally be excluded.
