1. Information you provide

When you create a song, you may provide recipient names, an occasion, memories, story details, language and style choices, edited lyrics, and optional voice input. If you sign in with Google, we receive the profile information required to create and maintain your account. If you purchase a song, the payment provider may collect your email address, billing details, and payment information.

2. Information collected automatically

We may collect basic device, browser, IP address, referring page, security, error, and usage information needed to operate and protect the service. Essential cookies and browser storage keep an anonymous session, draft, generation state, authentication session, and checkout return working.

3. How we use information

• Create lyrics, full songs, and private 60-second previews from the details you submit.
• Let you edit, regenerate, restore, purchase, play, and download a song.
• Maintain the optional Google account view containing My Songs and Orders.
• Process a purchase, send transactional email, and provide a secure recovery link.
• Detect abuse, diagnose errors, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations.

4. AI and service providers

The minimum information needed may be processed by providers that support language generation, music generation, authentication, hosting, private file storage, payments, transactional email, security, and privacy-conscious analytics. Payment card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored directly by AISongGift. We do not sell private story information.

5. Private by default

User drafts, lyrics, previews, and purchased songs are not published in a public directory. Unpaid access is limited to separate 60-second preview files. Full playback and downloads require an active purchase entitlement, authenticated ownership, the current anonymous purchase session, or a valid recovery link.

6. Retention and deletion

Voice uploads are intended to be deleted after transcription. Anonymous drafts and unpurchased generated media may expire sooner than purchased files. Purchased files, recovery data, support records, and transaction records may be retained as needed to deliver the purchase, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet tax or accounting obligations. You may request deletion of eligible personal information by contacting us.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of eligible personal information. We may need to verify identity or purchase ownership before acting. You can also manage browser storage as described in the Cookie Policy.

8. Children and information about other people

AISongGift is not intended for children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. Only submit another person's name, voice, or private story when you have the right and appropriate permission to do so.
