AISONGGIFT

Refund Policy

AISongGift sells a made-to-order digital song. This policy focuses on failed delivery, technical defects, and billing mistakes rather than subscriptions or unused credits.

Effective July 21, 2026

1. When a refund is available

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • Payment completed but the selected full song was never delivered.
  • The delivered file is corrupted, cannot be played, or cannot be downloaded after reasonable troubleshooting.
  • A system error delivered a materially different version from the one identified at checkout.
  • Applicable law gives you an additional mandatory refund or cancellation right.

2. When a refund is normally unavailable

  • You changed your mind after the customized song was successfully delivered.
  • You prefer the unselected preview after purchasing another version.
  • You entered incorrect story details or approved lyrics containing an error.
  • You expected commercial rights that were not included at checkout.
  • The delivered file matches the selected preview and the concern is only a subjective preference.

These limits do not reduce rights that applicable law does not allow a seller to waive.

3. Let us fix delivery problems first

If generation or delivery failed, we may first offer a retry, replacement file, or restored secure download link. If the issue cannot be corrected within a reasonable time, an eligible refund will be returned to the original payment method.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@aisonggift.app as soon as you discover the problem, preferably within 14 days of purchase. Include the receipt email, order or transaction number, purchase date, selected version, and a short description of the issue. Do not send full payment card details.

5. Review and payment timing

We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days and explain whether the next step is a retry, replacement, or refund. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. The payment provider or bank controls when the credit appears after it has been issued.

6. Duplicate and unauthorized charges

Contact us promptly about a duplicate charge. If you believe a payment was unauthorized, also contact your card issuer or payment provider so they can protect the payment method.
