Email support
Email support@aisonggift.app. Include the receipt email, order number, or anonymous draft reference when relevant, but never send full card details, passwords, API keys, or secure recovery links.
We aim to acknowledge support requests within two business days.
Payment or download problem
Include the order number, purchase date, selected version, and what happened when you tried to play or download the song. Review the Refund Policy for eligible cases.
Privacy request
Use the same support address for access, correction, or deletion requests. Send the request from an address connected to the relevant purchase or support conversation when possible so ownership can be verified safely.
